Q: Do we need any software to use SlabCloud?
The complete inventory system we use is dependent on the Slabsmith inventory software.
However, if you do not use the Slabsmith software, you can still use our 3D Room Visualizer, Edge Visualizer, and Stone Gallery module.
These modules allow you to manage your stone products without requiring any additional software.
Furthermore, we offer a vast collection of man-made stone products from many manufacturers.

Q: How soon can I have my Inventory online?
Generally, we can have your inventory up and running withing 24 hours. It may take longer if you request additional customization.
Q: Is there installation fee?
For a limited time, we offer free setup and installation. We will also customize inventory plugin to match your current website theme.
Q: Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. There is no contract. You can pay on monthly basis, however, you can save money by choosing a quarterly or yearly plan.
Q: Do I need to keep my computer always ON?
No. Your computer needs to be ON only for the synchronization. Once initial synchronization is done, your inventory is always available on your website through our servers. When your computer is ON, synchronization is done automatically.
Q: Can I use SlabCloud Inventory Integration on mobile phone or tablet?
Absolutely! We use "Mobile First" approach. Our inventory plugin is fully responsive and will work perfectly on any device. Fabricators use it on customers location to show their current stone inventory.
Q: I don't have a website, can I still use SlabCloud?
Yes. We can provide you with a custom web address of your inventory without having an actual website. You will be able to send this address to your customers or use it as you wish.
Q: Do you offer website design and development services?
Yes. We can build you a custom website according to your needs. All the websites that we develop are SEO friendly and easy to manage.
Q: Are you part of Slabsmith Software team?
No. We are an independent software development company, however, we do consult with Slabsmith to ensure the best possible synchronization process for your online inventory.
Q: Do I need to purchase any software?
No. We use open source software for synchronization process. It is provided free of charge.
Q: How safe is SlabCloud? Is there a chance that we can loose our inventory if something goes wrong.
We use one way synchronization. Information is synced from your computer to our server and not other way around. No matter what's going on on our server your information remains on your computer untouched. In addition we use SSL protocol which is industry standard for securing connection between server and client.
